Requirements
- Candidates lacking recent, hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Axway MFT experience, or those without architecture/design responsibilities and ownership of enterprise integrations, will not be considered.
- Troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and integration support skills, * 5+ years of Middleware Engineering or Integration Engineering experience
- 3+ years of recent, hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration/support
- 3+ years of recent, hands-on Axway MFT administration/support
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integrations
- Strong API Management, REST, SOAP, XML, and SOA experience
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable integration solutions
- Experience owning integrations from design through production support
- Experience with Java and/or Groovy, SQL Server or Oracle, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, and performance tuning experience in enterprise production environments
TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP / ARCHITECTURE:
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable integration architecture
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), Message Exchange Patterns, and Canonical Data Models
- Experience partnering with Architects, Developers, Infrastructure, and Business teams on enterprise initiatives
- Experience providing technical leadership and guidance on middleware and integration projects
- Ability to evaluate and recommend middleware technologies, enhancements, and best practices
MIDDLEWARE OPERATIONS:
- Experience performing middleware upgrades, patching, maintenance, and performance tuning
- Strong troubleshooting skills for production incidents and integration failures
- Experience with monitoring, logging, auditing, security, and policy management
- Experience documenting integrations, configurations, standards, and support procedures
ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION OWNERSHIP:
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise integrations from design through production support
- Experience supporting multiple business-critical integrations across internal and cloud-based platforms
- Experience coordinating with vendors, development teams, QA, and release management during deployments
- Ability to lead integration efforts and drive issues through resolution with minimal supervision
