We are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a Platform Manager to join our Social Video Services team - Is this your next opportunity?
The Platform Manager will run the project on a day-to-day basis, guiding their Coordinators to complete daily tasks that have been established in order to successfully execute a project. They are the key day-to-day point of contact for the client, and run the client calls. This role requires project management, organization, and time management skills, as well as an understanding of platform strategy and how to establish growth.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Create channel reporting & do analysis with support from SPS
- Lead client meetings & create meeting agendas
- Review copy for YouTube titles and descriptions
- Help with deck creation and copywriting
- Oversee team operations
- Oversee content calendar and video edits
- Work with editors to QC content created for the channel
- Communicate with cross-functional teams
- Provide recommendations on overall channel strategy
- Manage a coordinator, delegating tasks
Requirements
Do you have experience in Video conferences (communication methods)?, Do you have a Bachelorâs degree?, Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Bachelorâs Degree
- 1-2 years of YouTube experience
- Experience with Google, Microsoft, and Apple productivity applications (Sheets, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote)
- Design and digital video experience (Adobe Creative Suite)
- YouTube Analytics
- Knowledge of project management softwares (Asana, AirTable)
- Knowledge of digital communications (Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Interest and experience with YouTube and other social medias.
- Experience managing direct reports and communicating with managers.
- The ability to quickly learn new processes, tools, etc. and communicate learnings to others.
- Proficiency in other languages (bonus)
