Job description
As the technical anchor for our robotic automation projects, you will:
- Lead System Architecture: Define complete robotic cell frameworks, including EOAT, vision systems, part handling, and industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
- Own the Integration: Develop and troubleshoot advanced robot programs (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa) and map complex robot-to-PLC communication (handshakes, permissives, recovery logic).
- Champion Safety: Lead machine safety design, risk assessments, and validation in strict accordance with ANSI B11, ANSI/RIA R15.06, and ISO 13849 standards.
- Drive Commissioning: Serve as the primary onsite technical escalation point during greenfield startups, validating system performance, cycle times, and ultimate production readiness.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * Experience: 8+ years in industrial automation, featuring at least 3 years of deep, hands-on industrial robotics integration and 1-2 years of greenfield project delivery.
- PLC Knowledge: 2+ years of PLC integration or troubleshooting experience within robotic cells (Allen-Bradley preferred).
- Safety Mastery: Proven capability designing and validating safety PLCs, light curtains, scanners, and safe-rated monitored zones.
- Sector Edge (Preferred): Experience in high-stakes industries like automotive, aerospace, battery manufacturing, defense, or logistics.

- Position Level: IV / Principal
- Salary Range: $135,000 - $185,000 annually (Base compensation is highly competitive and tailored based on your hands-on robotics integration, greenfield expertise, and safety commissioning leadership)., This isn’t a role where you sit behind a desk pushing code in isolation. You will have true autonomy over advanced, multi-robot cells, working alongside top-tier OEMs and internal cross-functional engineering teams. You’ll be the go-to expert driving next-generation manufacturing efficiency.
Pay: $135,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year, * 401(k) matching
