Systems Software Programmer

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is seeking an experienced Systems Software Programmer to support development, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle-based enterprise applications., Primary Skills: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcPy, Qlik Sense, Python, GIS Secondary Skills: Drupal, Geospatial Analysis, QA Testing, SDLC, Agile, Environmental Systems Total Required Experience in Years: 4+ Years Mode of Work: Onsite, The Department of Environmental Protection is seeking an Application Development Analyst with expertise in GIS technologies, geospatial automation, dashboard development, and environmental data systems.

5+ years of experience with Oracle WebForms. 5+ years of programming experience using TOAD or SQL Plus. Experience with Oracle 11g Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS). Experience with Object-Oriented Development techniques. Experience working within multi-development team environments. 3+ years of experience with RTS application components. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business users. Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered., 2+ years of experience with CLEAR (Conservation, Lands, Easements, and Recreation). 2+ years of experience with LITS systems/tools. 2+ years of experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online. 2+ years of experience using ArcPy for geospatial analysis and data validation. 4+ years of experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Qlik Sense. 3+ years of experience with Python scripting and geospatial automation. Experience with data reconciliation, QA/testing, and validation processes. Experience with Drupal content management. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, QA, and UAT processes. Experience with cadastral mapping, land ownership, title research, and geospatial data. Preferred Skills: Environmental Assessment Systems. Natural Resource Processing Systems. Property Tax and Land Ownership Projects. Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
