Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Reliability Lab Support Engineer to support product development through environmental, mechanical, and certification testing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with reliability testing, lab operations, vibration testing, thermal chambers, and electro-mechanical equipment., * Execute reliability, environmental, mechanical, and certification tests.

  • Set up and operate thermal chambers, vibration tables, Instron machines, and other lab equipment.
  • Capture, analyze, and document test results with detailed reports and photographic evidence.
  • Support hardware/software test setup and lab infrastructure.
  • Maintain lab organization, equipment calibration, safety, and documentation.
  • Develop SOPs, work instructions, and testing procedures.
  • Manage multiple testing activities throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vibration analysis?, Do you have a Bachelor of Science?, * BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • 3+ years of hardware testing and lab operations experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Instron tensile testing machines (Must Have).
  • Experience with vibration tables/shaker systems (Must Have).
  • Knowledge of thermal chambers, humidity testing, and environmental testing.
  • Ability to analyze test data and generate technical reports.
  • Experience reading mechanical drawings and simple schematics.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years of reliability lab or electro-mechanical testing experience.
  • Experience with oscilloscopes, microscopes, strain gauges, accelerometers, shock and vibration testing.
  • Experience using power tools, drill presses, corrosion chambers, and environmental test equipment., * electro-mechanical testing: 4 years (Required)
  • Lab: 2 years (Required)
  • vibration tables/shaker systems: 5 years (Required)
  • Hardware testing : 3 years (Required)
