Programmer / IT Systems Developer

We are a recruiting agency assisting one of our clients in the insurance industry in hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Programmer / IT Systems Developer. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kendall, FL 33186., The ideal candidate will have experience with programming, systems support, website updates, database management, automation, and troubleshooting. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys improving internal processes, building technical solutions, and supporting business operations through technology., * Develop, maintain, and improve internal software tools and business applications.

• Support website updates, online forms, landing pages, and customer-facing digital tools.
• Assist with CRM, customer database, and third-party platform integrations.
• Create automation processes to improve workflow efficiency for administrative, sales, and operations teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to internal users.
• Build reports, dashboards, and data tools to help track leads, clients, policies, sales activity, and customer information.
• Maintain clean and accurate data across internal systems.
• Work with management to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Assist with API integrations and system connectivity when needed.
• Ensure systems are organized, secure, and functioning properly.
• Document processes, system updates, and technical procedures clearly.
• Support marketing and operations teams with technical needs related to forms, campaigns, and customer communication tools.

Do you have experience in JavaScript?, * Previous programming, web development, or IT systems experience required.

• Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, HTML/CSS, or similar.
• Experience working with databases, CRM systems, APIs, or automation tools preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business operations and create practical technology solutions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical team members.
• Experience in the insurance, financial services, sales, or customer service industry is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site in Kendall, FL 33186.
