Job description

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database solutions supporting enterprise and mission systems
Implement and manage JSON and JSON-Relational Duality models within Oracle databases
Configure and support Oracle GoldenGate for data replication and integration
Develop and integrate database-backed services with Oracle API Gateway
Implement database security controls using Virtual Private Database (VPD) and/or Oracle Label Security (OLS)
Work with Oracle Spatial Studio to support geospatial data analysis and visualization
Build and maintain applications and dashboards using Oracle APEX
Optimize database performance, availability, and scalability in a secure environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and mission success
Support system troubleshooting, upgrades, and enhancements as required

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
Strong experience as an Oracle Database Developer
Hands-on experience with:

o JSON and JSON-Relational Duality in Oracle

o Oracle GoldenGate

o Oracle API Gateway

o Virtual Private Database (VPD) and/or Oracle Label Security (OLS)

o Oracle Spatial Studio

o Oracle APEX

Solid understanding of database security best practices in classified environments
Experience supporting production systems in a mission-critical setting
