Job description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a C++ Developer to join our UniQue team. What will you be doing in this role?

  • Support the implementation of SHAPE Gap Analysis Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for internal ASIM Passive Sensor and ASIM Sensor Control systems.
  • Develop, maintain, test, and debug software applications using C/C++.
  • Contribute to software integration activities within sensor and air domain environments.
  • Apply software engineering best practices, including testing and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver project objectives.
  • Manage source code and version control activities using Git.
  • Troubleshoot software and network-related issues in Unix environments.
  • Support configuration and debugging of network components and interfaces.
  • Participate in activities related to radar interfaces, sensor systems, TDL, and flight plan applications.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Strong experience in software development using C/C++.
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Good understanding of software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with software testing and technical documentation.
  • Several years of Unix/Linux experience.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience with real-time air domain applications for Sensors, TDL, or Flight Plans is desirable.
  • Understanding of Radar Interfaces is desirable.
  • Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, firewalls, and DNS is desirable.
  • Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
