Job description

The School District is seeking a highly qualified Part-time Data Coordinator to support district administrators and staff with the management, analysis, and reporting of student data. This position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting decision-making, and meeting state and federal reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain student data systems and records.
  • Generate and analyze reports for administrators and staff.
  • Support state and federal data reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Provide data-related support and training to district personnel.
  • Assist with district initiatives requiring student data analysis.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Student record keeping?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Master’s degree required.

  • New York State School Building Leader (SBL), School District Leader (SDL), or School District Administrator (SDA) certification required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with student information systems, educational data management, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
