Technical Delivery Specialist-Lancaster

• Manage sales and service for assigned customer accounts
• Build strong customer relationships by demonstrating Mast Solutions’ value to the customer and in turn growing sales
• Deliver all orders and invoice for all services on-site
• Ensure customers’ chemical operations are functional and teams are properly trained
• Perform emergency services, equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and assist with installations
• Control costs within your territory and provide service or cost analysis reports as needed, * Relational Service: You build lasting relationships with your customers. You get to know them so well you almost see them as friends. You aren’t just their delivery person - you are someone who adds value and makes their day easier.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, * Customer relationship building experience

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift and/or carry 50 lbs
• Ability to use a computer and working knowledge of Excel
• Quickbooks knowledge is a plus
