Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to help drive strategic decision making through data insights, analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role will play a key part in transforming fragmented operational and reporting data into meaningful business intelligence that supports organizational growth and performance.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple teams to identify trends, improve reporting structures, and create actionable insights for leadership., Strategic Analytics & Reporting

• Design and execute advanced data analyses to evaluate operational performance and business outcomes
• Conduct trend, cohort, and comparative analyses across programs, teams, and business functions
• Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and visualizations to support leadership decision making
• Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations and actionable insights

Data Integration & Quality

• Partner with internal teams to integrate data from multiple systems into centralized reporting views
• Identify data quality issues and recommend scalable process improvements
• Support data governance initiatives, documentation, and reporting standards
• Assist with CRM data management and system integrations

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work cross functionally with business stakeholders to identify analytical priorities
• Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and operational insights
• Contribute to building scalable reporting and analytics capabilities across the organization

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or data analysis
• Strong experience with Salesforce and CRM data management
• Advanced experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience managing large scale analytics or reporting projects
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce certifications or Salesforce platform tools
• Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Apex
• Experience supporting operational analytics, program evaluation, or business intelligence initiatives

• Competitive salary range of approximately $105,000 to $115,000 depending on experience
