Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET and C# technologies
• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services
• Develop and maintain robust APIs, integrations, and backend services
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for automated deployments
• Design and support enterprise collaboration solutions using SharePoint and/or Microsoft 365
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and establish engineering best practices
• Support production releases and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement initiatives

This role requires someone who can work across front-end and back-end technologies, drive cloud modernization initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions., * 10+ years of overall software engineering experience

• Strong expertise in:

o C#

o .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 8+

o Azure Cloud Services

o Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines

o REST APIs / Microservices Architecture

• Experience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint Framework (SPFx) OR Microsoft 365 development
• Strong understanding of:

o DevOps methodologies

o Source control (Git)

o Application security and performance optimization

o Agile/Scrum delivery models

• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, Angular, or modern JavaScript frameworks
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Exposure to Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Azure certifications are a plus
• Experience in IT Services or global delivery environments preferred
