Job description

The Business Office- IT Support Representative is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This includes assisting staff on basic computer and system functions, maintaining daily technology performance, and troubleshooting staff technical issues., * Monitor technical functions around the office.

  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
  • Troubleshoots computer equipment to confirm it is running correctly.
  • Maintain computer systems and provide support if any system malfunctions
  • Maintain staff PCs, including upgrades and configurations as needed.
  • Keep record and track IT requests.
  • Resolve issues with networks and other computer systems.
  • Follow up with staff to ensure full resolution of issues.
  • Install and/or change software as needed.
  • Remotely access hardware or software to make changes and/or resolve issues.
  • Fix malfunctioning office equipment.
  • Help organize office activities.
  • Clock in and out.
  • Attend all required meetings.
  • Report any major problems to the Campus Director, CFO and HR Manager.
  • Uphold and enforce school policies, and office systems.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality with staff and student issues.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate professional behavior and demeanor at all times with students and staff.
  • Complete mandatory employee weekly reports each Friday.
  • Avoid using cellphones
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Internal employee customer service?, * Post-Secondary Education Credentials and/or 2+ years’ experience in related field

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills required
  • Customer service experiences required

  • Windows: 2 years (Preferred)
