WebCommerce Specialist

The WebCommerce Specialist is responsible for supporting Greenlight (and partner companies) through the development, management, and optimization of digital storefronts and web platforms. This role will oversee multiple websites across Shopify and WordPress while ensuring seamless functionality, branding, and user experience across all business units., * Managing and maintaining approximately 15 company websites across Shopify and WordPress platforms

• Building, updating, and optimizing web pages, storefronts, and landing pages
• Configuring and maintaining website infrastructure including DNS, DKIM, SPF, SSL, hosting, and domain management
• Utilizing Agentic AI tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows and accelerate project execution
• Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to bring business ideas to life through digital solutions
• Troubleshooting website issues, integrations, plugins, and performance concerns
• Monitoring website performance, uptime, SEO basics, and user experience improvements
• Assisting with ecommerce functionality, product management, and online customer experiences
• Supporting integrations between websites, third-party applications, and internal systems
• Managing multiple fast-moving projects and shifting priorities across various business units
• Staying informed on emerging web technologies, AI tools, and ecommerce best practices
• And other responsibilities as assigned

• Be familiar with ecommerce and website management platforms such as Shopify and WordPress
• Have working knowledge of website infrastructure and technical concepts including DNS, SSL, DKIM, and SPF

What the ideal person will have up their sleeve…

• Previous experience managing ecommerce websites and digital platforms
• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, and website builders
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and automation tools
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web integrations preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and project management skills
• Experience working within a fast-growing or multi-brand organization preferred
• Ability to balance creativity, speed, and attention to detail in a high-volume environment
