Requirements

Do you have experience in UI implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Have excellent communication and written documentation skill to capture AI problem statements from Operations in the RCM life cycle.

  • Be able to work on data preparation for ingestion for AI models and system
  • Show demonstrable knowledge in developing an AI platform using Foundry AI Studio or comparable studios
  • To be able to carry out model selection for optimal ROI
  • To be able to carry out model tuning to recursively train and improve production models based on false positive feedback
  • To be able to build a POC and scale up into production as an AI engine by refining data integration and output feedback
  • Once AI engines are working to be able to put the level of UIX and front end to support the development / use of the product
  • Understand methods to ingest high volumes of data in csv pdf etc in AI system - along with data precondition work and checks
  • Have true teamworking skills to trust, learn and collaborate with colleagues to ensure POC ramp up and product alignment fit over time.
  • Understand and have experience on the Production Lifecycle of Dev, QA, Production, Hypercare, post implementation warranty
  • Understand how to use DevOps ticket, Sprint Boards and be able to define a Release Plan with MVP ( Minimum Viable Product)
  • Knowledge of RCM would be helpful but not essential
  • Be able to operate within the company’s policy framework of Information security, code branch management framework etc

Required

  • Requirements - BS in Computer Science / Engineering and 1-5 years experience.

Technologies - React, Springboot, Python, Foundry, Azure, Kubernetes, CI CD, GIT

AWS and other Agentic AI model studio experience would be considered advantageous.(master’s or PhD preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics leadership.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role within healthcare technology, RCM, or health data platforms.
  • Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions at scale in regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of RCM workflows, payer behavior, and healthcare financial operations.
