Requirements
We are seeking a Lead Developer with over 10 years of IT experience and deep expertise in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windchill customization, data modeling, and team leadership., Technical Expertise: Proficient in Windchill Data Model, Java development, SQL, and GUI development. Strong understanding of Windchill Architecture and database table structures.
- Customization & Migration: Hands-on experience with ETL processes, workflow customization, and developing utilities for migration activities. Prior experience migrating from non-Windchill systems is highly preferred.
- Solution Design: Ability to lead technical teams, analyze business requirements, and design solutions for complex Windchill implementation projects.
- System Administration: Experienced in the installation and configuration of PTC software, as well as business and system administration.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with BOM management, Change Management, CAD Integration, and the medical devices domain is preferred.
- Tools & Methodologies: Proficient with Agile, DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
