This role sits within the UAT team and focuses on ensuring high-quality delivery across User Acceptance Testing, requirements validation, change management, and cutover activities. Proven experience in UAT, QA testing, and test automation within complex programs Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, and validation processes Experience working in financial services, ideally within banking or payments environments Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks) Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams Bonus Points For Experience supporting large-scale modernization or transformation programs Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail) Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies Experience with data validation and integration testing Understanding of release management and cutover strategies
