Our team works closely with Mack’s onsite leadership to ensure accurate material flow and reliable day-to-day support.</p><p></p><p>Shifts Available:</p><p>1st shift: Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm</p><p>2nd shift: Monday - Friday from 3:00pm - 12:30am</p><p></p><p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain PC/LAN systems, software, cabling, and related hardware.</li><li>Provide technical support for low- to medium-complexity issues with timely, accurate resolution.</li><li>Monitor IT systems to identify issues early and address them proactively.</li><li>Participate in IT projects including upgrades, system enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.</li><li>Document and track incidents, service requests, and resolutions according to IT standards.</li><li>Support assembly-line

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, downtime tracking and reporting.</li><li>Manage, track, and report on the plant’s 6S program.</li><li>Fulfill internal and external data requests as needed.</li><li>Assist with physical setup, maintenance, and relocation of IT hardware.</li><li>Track IT equipment and supply inventory, and notify leadership when items need replenishment.</li><li>Collaborate with corporate IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.</li><li>Follow all Quality and Environmental Management System policies and procedures.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p>Job Requirements</p><ul><li>Technical Institute or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).</li><li>2+ years of IT support experience in a manufacturing or office environment preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of PC hardware, LAN troubleshooting, and workstation software.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.</li><li>Experience with VMware, SQL Server, or Visual Basic (VB) is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Commitment to customer service and effective teamwork.</li></ul>
