Job description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to improve software delivery, system reliability, and operational efficiency., * Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
  • Manage cloud environments and services.
  • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in production.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
  • Collaborate with developers to improve deployment processes.
  • Maintain containerized environments and orchestration platforms.
  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Version control systems?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.

  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
  • Knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, firewalls).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform).
  • Experience with DevSecOps and security automation.
  • Experience supporting highly available production environments.
