Job description
Join our team as a NetSuite Administrator! This role will manage, optimize, and support our NetSuite environment. In this capacity, you will be the primary system administrator and business partner for operations, inventory, purchasing and warehouse teams. It’s a great role in which to make a direct impact on our operations and supply chain success. We’re looking for a hands-on ERP expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can optimize NetSuite to drive efficiency across inventory, warehouse, and order management.
What you will do
- Own and manage our NetSuite ERP system (configuration, maintenance, and support)
- Administer key modules: Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, WMS, and Supply Chain
- Build and optimize workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Support warehouse operations (receiving, fulfillment, transfers, cycle counts)
- Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service teams
- Manage user roles, permissions, and system security
- Support integrations (EDI, shipping platforms, warehouse systems)
- Lead system enhancements, releases, and user training
- Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems & applications support?, * 2+ years of NetSuite Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Understanding of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes
- Experience configuring saved searches, reports, workflows, dashboards and custom records
- Knowledge of NetSuite role based permissions and security
- Experience supporting ERP implementation, enhancements, or migrations
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
