Job description
- Direct exposure to senior leadership (reporting into a VP aligned to the CIO)
- Modern Microsoft ecosystem (Fabric, Power BI, AI/LLM integration)
- Business-facing architecture role supporting Sales, Customer Success, and operational teams
- Fast-moving, PE-backed environment with strong executive visibility
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end enterprise analytics architecture from data ingestion through reporting and visualization
- Design and scale a modern data platform leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Integrate data across core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HR, and operational platforms)
- Build and govern enterprise data models and semantic layers to ensure consistency and usability
- Establish standards for performance, scalability, security, and cost optimization
- Enable self-service analytics while maintaining strong governance and data quality
- Partner closely with business leaders across sales, customer success, operations, and finance
- Drive executive dashboards, reporting, and decision-support capabilities
- Lead data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Act as a technical advisor across IT and business leadership
- Enable AI and advanced analytics use cases, including predictive analytics and LLM-driven insights
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or BI architecture
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI in enterprise environments
- Strong background in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and modern analytics platforms
- Experience integrating data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer service, or business-facing teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience in regulated industries
- Exposure to AI/ML, Copilot, or LLM-driven analytics
- Background in SAP or similar enterprise environments
- Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting, or scenario modeling
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks, * Do you have 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or BI roles?
- Have you designed or owned an enterprise-wide data or analytics architecture (end-to-end)?
- Do you have hands-on experience designing analytics platforms using Microsoft Fabric or Power BI at the enterprise level?
- Do you have experience designing and implementing data models (e.g., dimensional, data warehouse, or lakehouse models)?
- Do you have experience building or architecting ETL/ELT pipelines across multiple enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)?
- Do you have experience integrating data from systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or similar enterprise platforms?
- Have you worked directly with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations) to translate requirements into analytics solutions?
- Are you comfortable presenting analytics architecture and solutions to senior leadership (Director level and above)?
- Do you have experience implementing data governance, security, or compliance frameworks in an enterprise environment?
- Do you have experience enabling or supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, Copilot, LLM-based insights)?
