Job description

Join a dynamic team as a FICO Rules Developer in the automotive lending sector, working onsite in multiple Southeastern and Southwestern US locations. This contract role requires expertise in decision-making technologies to optimize processes and enhance automated testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate decisioning capabilities., Leverage decision-making technologies to optimize organizational processes. Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement decisioning capabilities. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of technology implementations and system workflows. Distinguish between configurable elements and those requiring external support. Guide teams on production deployment best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science preferred. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with decision-making technologies. 5 years of experience in credit originations or financial technology. Strong collaborative skills for cross-functional partnership. Experience with Agile methodologies and processes.
