Requirements

4+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET Core
Experience building robust applications, class libraries, or desktop plugins
Hands-on experience with lightweight relational databases such as SQLite or SQL Server Express
Practical experience with message queuing patterns, producers, and consumers using RabbitMQ or a similar AMQP broker
Strong understanding of threading, local concurrency, and offline-first data synchronization
Experience developing Simphony Extension Applications using the Oracle Simphony Sim.Net SDK
