Job description
You will work directly with attorneys and staff to help build, test, and improve AI-assisted workflows for the firm. Responsibilities may include:
- Using tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other AI systems to assist with research, drafting, automation, and internal projects.
- Helping create prompts, templates, scripts, and workflows for law firm operations.
- Assisting with document organization, summaries, data extraction, and process automation.
- Testing AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and usefulness.
- Helping attorneys and staff learn how to use AI tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
- Identifying opportunities to save time and improve firm processes through AI and automation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Research?, The right person for this role should be:
- Conversant with Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI coding/productivity tools.
- Comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Able to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical people.
- Detail-oriented, careful, and reliable.
- Interested in AI, automation, legal technology, and practical problem-solving.
- Able to work independently and follow instructions.
- Respectful of confidentiality and professional standards.
Helpful Skills
These are not all required, but they are a plus:
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, GitHub, APIs, Zapier, Make, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or document automation.
- Experience building AI agents, prompts, scripts, or workflow automations.
- Familiarity with legal documents, contracts, litigation, or law firm operations.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot software and explain solutions clearly., * Hands-on experience building real-world AI workflows.
- A collaborative professional environment.
- No prior legal background required.
- Room to grow as the firm expands its use of AI and legal technology.
