- Negotiate complex commercial agreements, service contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs
- Conduct supplier evaluations, competitive bidding events, RFPs, RFQs, and market analyses
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships while driving accountability and performance improvements
- Perform spend analysis, cost modeling, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments
- Partner with legal, finance, operations, engineering, IT, and telecommunications stakeholders to support enterprise procurement initiatives

Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor performance improvement?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, supplier management, or contract negotiation experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting telecommunications, wireless, carrier services, network services, or technology-related procurement categories.
- Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, supplier contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs.
- Strong background in category management, strategic sourcing, spend analysis, and supplier relationship management.
- Demonstrated success delivering cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and procurement optimization initiatives.
- Experience managing RFP, RFQ, and competitive sourcing events.
- Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Desired Technical Expertise
- Experience with one or more of the following Telecommunications & Carrier Services: Wireless Services, Carrier Services, Voice Services, Data Services, Mobility Programs, Enterprise Communications or Telecommunications Infrastructure, * Do you have 5+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement experience within a large enterprise, utility, telecommunications, or regulated industry environment? (Yes/No)
- Do you have direct sourcing experience for telecommunications, wireless, carrier, network, or connectivity services? (Yes/No)
- Have you led complex contract negotiations, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with telecommunications or technology suppliers? (Yes/No)
- Have you sourced and negotiated wireless services, mobility programs, or cellular carrier agreements for an enterprise organization? (Yes/No)
- Have you led end-to-end RFP, RFQ, or competitive sourcing events for telecommunications or technology-related categories? (Yes/No)
- Do you have experience performing spend analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations, cost modeling, or benchmarking for sourcing decisions? (Yes/No)
- Have you successfully negotiated pricing structures, rate cards, volume discounts, service credits, or commercial contract terms with telecommunications suppliers? (Yes/No)
- Do you have experience working within the telecommunications, utility, energy, critical infrastructure, or network services industry? (Yes/No)
- Have you led contract renewal, supplier consolidation, or vendor optimization initiatives that reduced costs or improved service performance? (Yes/No)
- Do you have hands-on experience using procurement platforms such as SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, Jaggaer, Ivalua, GEP, or similar systems? (Yes/No)
- Do you possess working knowledge of WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, wireless services, fiber connectivity, carrier services, or managed network services? (Yes/No)
