User Experience Designer III

We are looking for a Product Designer to help shape and scale next-generation digital experiences across gift and stored value solutions. This role focuses on evolving a tokenized design system and developing a scalable UI component library, while also contributing to UX/UI initiatives across a merchant management SaaS platform and white-label eCommerce solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers, to translate complex requirements into flexible, scalable, and high-quality user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing strategy with execution, and brings a strong builder mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and evolve a tokenized design system in Figma
• Build and scale a front-end UI component library (e.g., Storybook)
• Contribute to UX/UI design across SaaS platforms and eCommerce experiences
• Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end product features (from discovery to handoff)
• Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across multiple product initiatives
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive and effective design solutions
• Actively participate in design reviews and feedback sessions

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in startup or in-house environments
• Proven experience building and maintaining tokenized design systems (portfolio required)
• Experience developing front-end design system toolkits (e.g., Storybook)
• Working knowledge of front-end development
• Experience delivering end-to-end design solutions for digital products
• Strong collaboration experience with Product Managers and Engineers
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong time management and communication skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows
• Familiarity with modern coding tools or environments (e.g., Claude Code)
• Experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise tools
• Experience designing for eCommerce web applications, * A self-driven designer comfortable working with high autonomy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• A problem-solver with a strong attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys building scalable systems as much as crafting user experiences
