Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Alexander Technology Group is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance our client’s hybrid Microsoft and Azure environment in southern New Hampshire. This hands-on role offers an exciting opportunity to manage critical cloud and on-premises systems, contribute to modernization initiatives, and ensure seamless IT operations in a fast-paced SaaS organization. What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Strong experience administering Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Proficiency in VMware virtualization, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning
  • Solid networking skills, including troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with endpoint management, identity, and access administration
  • Ability to maintain detailed infrastructure documentation and support operational processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to SOC 2 compliance and security frameworks
  • Knowledge of cloud migration strategies and modernization projects
  • Experience working within SaaS organizations and supporting IT in a regulated environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant infrastructure and systems administration experience

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some on-site responsibilities in southern NH
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or VMware Certified Professional are a plus
