Job description

Support MCIA intelligence mission management requirements, including task tracking, RFI support, production coordination, and customer response workflows.
Monitor, track, and coordinate intelligence requirements across internal and external stakeholders.
Support production management, suspense tracking, and analytic workflow coordination.
Coordinate with analysts, collection managers, mission partners, and IC counterparts to support timely intelligence production.
Review and track incoming and outgoing requirements, taskers, and production requests.
Identify gaps in intelligence support, production timelines, and requirements processes.
Support mission-management systems and collaboration tools such as COLISEUM, ETMS2, AMHS, RTASC, Marine Corps Knowledge Gateway, or similar platforms.
Prepare status updates, reports, briefings, and tracking products for leadership and mission stakeholders.
Ensure products and workflows align with IC analytic standards, customer requirements, and classification guidelines.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance.
U.S. citizenship.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience related to intelligence management, requirements management, collection management, production tracking, RFI coordination, all-source analysis, or related intelligence mission-management functions.
At least a portion of the relevant experience must be within the last 2 years.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and understanding of intelligence mission-management activities required to meet mission requirements.
Demonstrated mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to define comprehensive or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze analytic operations and knowledge-management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries.
Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
Ability to work on-site at MCIA, Quantico, VA., * Experience supporting Marine Corps, DoD, Service Intelligence Center, or Intelligence Community missions.
Familiarity with COLISEUM, ETMS2, AMHS, RTASC, Marine Corps Knowledge Gateway, or similar mission-management systems.
Experience supporting collection requirements, RFI workflows, production tracking, and customer engagement.
Experience coordinating with analysts, collection managers, and IC mission partners.
