UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role will focus on designing interfaces that solve real user problems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Experience with in-vehicle displays is a strong plus.

What You Will Do

• Design intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed design specifications
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, UX researchers, and other stakeholders to align on experience goals
• Lead and participate in design thinking workshops with stakeholders
• Partner with UX research teams on product discovery, validation, and usability
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and leadership

Do you have experience in Prototypes?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 2+ years of experience applying User-Centered Design (UCD) principles to moderately complex interface problems

• 2+ years of visual interface design experience across web, mobile, or in-vehicle displays
• 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, business)
• 2+ years of experience translating customer needs into design solutions and communicating those solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• 2+ years of experience working within technology and product development processes
• High proficiency in at least two design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, or InVision

What Makes You Stand Out

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, task flows, and problem-solving through design
• Experience with Figma for design and prototyping
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools
• Ability to leverage UX metrics and user-centered design processes to inform product decisions
• Strong understanding of user flows, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and brand application
• Experience using prototyping, storyboards, and research insights to guide design decisions before high-fidelity execution
• Experience designing for in-vehicle interfaces, particularly in construction or agriculture industries (highly preferred)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered

Additional Notes

• Experience with in-vehicle displays is a significant plus
• Figma experience is strongly preferred
