Oracle Fusion Cloud CX Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud CX Technical Architect to lead the design, engineering direction, and continuous evolution of scalable, service-centric solutions across Oracle Cloud CX and its integration points with Oracle ERP and SCM. This role owns the CX solution architecture, end-to-end process design, integration and data patterns, and the technical realization of AI-enabled use cases across sales and service operations.

The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle CX expertise with strong cross-suite integration knowledge, service business process fluency, and the ability to operate at both strategic and detailed technical levels. This is a hands-on architecture role.

The essential duty of this position is to own the target-state architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud CX, including Sales, Service, CPQ, Field Service, Subscription Management, Marketing, and PRM where applicable to the Client roadmap.
