Technical Solutions Specialist (Part-Time)

Dozer Systems is a growing IT and cybersecurity services firm supporting businesses with technical support, cloud tools, and automation. We’re looking for a part-time Technical Solutions Specialist to help deliver high-quality support to our clients while assisting with the rollout of internal software tools we’re building for field-based teams.

This role offers a flexible Monday-Friday schedule (15-20 hours/week), with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the business scales.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Level 1 technical support to clients across tools like Microsoft 365, email, printers, network connectivity, and cloud services
• Assist with setting up new devices, user accounts, and software
• Help manage tickets, document solutions, and improve internal processes
• Support testing and configuration of new Dozer-developed software tools
• Collaborate with the team to streamline IT operations and enhance client experience

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Familiar with tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, basic networking, and cloud-based systems
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Able to prioritize tasks across multiple clients and internal projects
• Bonus: experience with RMM platforms, helpdesk tools, or workflow automation platforms
