Job description
Our Houston office is searching for an enthusiastic Operations Data Administrator to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves documenting, organizing, and retrieving data from various systems, and supporting colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth organizational processes., The role of the Operations Data Administrator is to manage the collection center’s data and support decision-making for that department. This involves collection, organizing, and maintaining collection data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness and analyzing it to identify trends and insights that inform operational strategies and policies., * Acquire and maintain data from primary and secondary data sources
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns and ensure consistency in complex data sets
- Analyze data to identify actionable insights
- Generate production reports
Requirements
Do you have experience in VLOOKUP function?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Power Query, PivotTable, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, as well as other formulas)
- Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, data validation, data transformation, segmentation techniques
- Ability to create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards
- Experience managing data projects, including timelines and deliverables
- Proven ability to resolve complex data-related issues using analytical techniques
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with collection industry-specific data contexts
- Previous professional office experience (Required)
- Knowledge of Excel Marcos development through VBA
Educational Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Some college (Preferred)
