Job description

Collect, process, and analyze project data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel tools.
Collaborate with site and technical teams to track KPIs and monitor performance.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure integration between planning, execution, and control activities.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Primavera P6?, We are looking for an Engineer with strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital tools. Candidates with a background in Civil, Industrial, or Construction Engineering (or related fields) are welcome to apply. You will work in an international environment, applying data analytics tools to optimize processes, support data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvement., * Degree in Civil, Industrial, or Construction Engineering (or related fields).

Experience:

Up to 5 years of relevant experience.

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability.

Languages:

Spanish and English - mandatory.
Portuguese or French - a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analysis.
Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6 is considered a plus.
Familiarity with Lean Construction and Agile methodologies.
