Job description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in C# and .NET development to support enterprise CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing, developing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions while working closely with business and technical teams in a hybrid work environment.

Note: This role is focused on Dynamics 365 CRM development. PowerApps and Power Platform experience are not required., * Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Develop and support custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and CRM extensions using C# and .NET.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Follow development standards, security policies, and best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning activities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and object-oriented programming.
Experience developing:
Dynamics 365 Plugins
Custom Workflow Activities
Custom Actions
JavaScript-based client-side customizations

Strong understanding of:

Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or custom CRM modules
Dataverse/Common Data Service architecture
Security roles, business units, and CRM configuration

Experience with:

REST APIs and Web APIs
Azure integrations
SQL Server
Visual Studio and source control tools such as Git/Azure DevOps

Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Dynamics CRM applications.

Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, health plans, payer organizations, or regulated environments.
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, EDI, or healthcare-related integrations.
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and enterprise integration patterns.
Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
