Senior Analytics Engineer

The Reporting Engineer designs and supports the reporting and governance framework used to measure Copilot adoption, engagement, and operational effectiveness for a Fortune 50 Healthcare Company. This role helps define KPIs, organize telemetry into usable Power BI reporting, and document governance guardrails that support long-term program sustainability., * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI definitions, and reporting views

• Translate telemetry and usage data into Power BI reporting, monthly readouts, adoption insights, and trend analysis
• Develop adoption heatmaps, cohort reporting, and executive-ready summaries within Power BI
• Document governance references, data-handling considerations, reporting assumptions, and maintenance guidance
• Partner with program stakeholders to align reporting outputs with business questions and decision needs
• Help support long-term reporting continuity through documentation and handoff materials

Do you have experience in Performance dashboard reports?, * Hands-on experience supporting a Microsoft Copilot rollout, adoption program, governance initiative, or enterprise Copilot deployment or strong Microsoft Copilot knowledge

• Proven experience with reporting, analytics, dashboarding, or governance support in enterprise technology programs, preferably using Power BI
• Ability to define KPIs, interpret usage data, and present insights clearly to stakeholders
• Strong familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft reporting ecosystems, governance concepts, and operational documentation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills
• Experience supporting enterprise adoption or enablement programs preferred, * Power BI: 5 years (Required)
• Microsoft Copilot: 1 year (Preferred)
