Job description

Lead Integrated Technologies Owner on the Clinical Imaging team, you will be responsible for the technical components of Oracle client project implementations for Clinical Imaging products. These products include ECG Management, Cardiovascular Image Management, Oracle Worklist Manager, and Oracle Radiology PACS, Eye Care Imaging, Dental Imaging, Scope imaging, and DICOM Image migrations. Accountable for internal and external client and partner relationships. Manage complex technical client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes. Define client strategy and technology roadmap. Direct and manage a team of associates responsible for delivering the technical aspects of a client implementation project. Design, build, and maintain complex technical project plans based on contractual commitments. Act as an escalation point for technical issues and risks., Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen. The client contract also requires receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position.

Some Oracle positions may be obligated to comply with additional client-facing requirements and occupational health requests, including but not limited to, an immunization set, an annual flu shot, an annual TB screen, an updated background check, and/or an updated drug screen., Creates and manages an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitors and reports progress/changes against the plan. Drives implementation by providing motivation and direction.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of total combined higher education and related work experience
  • At least 3 years of HCIT consulting, HCIT support, HCIT project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen, * Bachelor’s degree
  • PMP, or Agile Certified
  • 5-7 years of experience managing Radiology or Cardiology PACS
  • 5-7 years of experience working project management experience with clinical solutions or EHR
  • 5-7 years of experience managing large, complex full cycle solution implementations
  • 5-7 years of experience managing client/server applications
  • Basic understanding of HL7, DICOM, or computer networking

Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Must reside within 60 miles of a major international airport
  • Must be able to acquire Gov security clearance

Benefits & conditions

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
