E-Discovery Technical Specialist

Cimplifi is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical e-Discovery Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the electronic discovery process of one of our most valued clients, ensuring that all relevant data is collected, processed, and reviewed in compliance with legal standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-discovery tools and techniques, as well as experience in handling large volumes of data. A background in quantum engineering is highly desirable, as it will enhance your ability to analyze complex data sets effectively.

General Subject Matter and/or Type of Review: EDS/Technical Resource - Hourly Contractor, Temp-to-Perm

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * 3 years of eDiscovery experience, minimum

• Technical experience running processing and productions using: RELATIVITY + REVEAL + PURVIEW
• Experience managing workstations via SCCM
• Scripting for automation purposes
• M365 Purview experience/knowledge a plus not required
• Basic understanding of legal hold processes, eDiscovery workflows, and related technology platforms, * Detailed with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and also independently with little supervision
• Writing scripts for automation purposes, preferred
• Some experience on the IT / Forensic Collections side, preferred, * RELATIVITY: 2 years (Required)
• REVEAL: 2 years (Required)
• PURVIEW: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft SCCM: 2 years (Required)
