Job description

  • Manage change control workflows for supplier changes, CAPAs, non-conformances, and process improvements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, impact, urgency, and approvals
  • Ensure documentation is current, compliant, and aligned with approved templates
  • Track and drive timely reviews, redlines, and approvals of controlled documents
  • Identify dependencies and ensure proper implementation of related changes
  • Support Change Control Board (CCB) submissions and Change Management Office (CMO) activities
  • Maintain compliant documentation systems, ensuring audit readiness and data integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, supply chain, technical operations)
  • Promote continuous improvement and support process optimization initiatives

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supply chain?, * Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field)

  • 0-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, supply chain, quality, or documentation control
  • Experience in regulated environments (GMP/GLP/ISO) preferred
  • Familiarity with document control systems (e.g., Agile, EtQ, SAP) preferred, Must be authorized to work in the United States.
