Job description

  • Develop and execute validation and compliance testing plans
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and support post-launch product improvements
  • Document designs, test results, and engineering changes
  • Assist with project planning, timelines, and technical problem solving
  • Mentor junior engineers and support team development initiatives

Requirements

Do you have experience in Embedded systems?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, MUST BE A U.S. resident (NO SPONSORSHIPS Candidates) MUST live in Omaha or be willing to relocate to Omaha 100% In-office Salary $90-$135K with bonus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field 6+ years of experience in hardware development for embedded systems

  • Lead hardware development projects from concept through production release
  • Design and validate analog, digital, and RF circuits for embedded and IoT systems
  • Create and maintain schematic designs and PCB layouts (Altium experience preferred)
  • Support component selection, sourcing, and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with firmware, software, and cross-functional engineering teams
  • Perform board-level and system-level testing using standard lab equipment
