Remote Part-Time Web Designer and Assistant

To help fulfill the demand for our services we are seeking a part-time Web Editor and Assistant to work with our customers in and around Ohio and Indiana. This position is a part-time remote position. Candidates need to be available Mon. - Fri., 9am to 5pm to answer calls and email support for customers, though unless specifically working on Microtronix work chosen individual is not required to be active during that time, so they could easily be working on other things outside of Microtronix.

Do you have experience in WordPress?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the web field in Joomla and basic web editing, but not required. We will also train if the candidate has good qualifications but limited work in web. Position requires answering calls and routing calls or taking information from customers, responding to customers support tickets/email, and making edits on websites per customers request., * Must know Joomla and Wordpress

• Ability to work regular business hours
• Located in one of three states only; Ohio, Indiana, Michigan
• Ability to learn on own using research to gather information on new problems that may arise
• Customer service experience and ability to work with customers to find solutions to problems is a must
• Ability to learn about new technology and learn new ways of doing things, including but not limited to website editing and possible design. This is a learning position, the ideal candidate will be teachable and be able to thrive with new technology and learning new techniques.
• Must have own laptop or desktop to work from
