Associate - Cyber Breach

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
• Maintain billable hours as necessary.
• Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.

Do you have a valid Bar license?, Do you have experience in Cybersecurity?, Do you have a Doctor of Law (JD)?, * Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing.

• 2-4 years of cyber breach experience required. 5 years of cyber breach experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

This is a remote position.

The salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
