Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications. If you excel at writing clean code, troubleshooting complex performance bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable solutions, we want to hear from you!, To excel in this position, your background must include strong experience across these core areas:

Programming Proficiency: Strong experience in modern enterprise development stacks using languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
Architecture & Backend: Proven ability to build scalable web applications, backend infrastructure, distributed systems, and manage API integrations.
Database & Ecosystems: Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, alongside version control tools like Git.
SDLC & Methodologies: Deep knowledge of full software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices and Agile/Scrum environments.
Mandatory Background: State Government or Public Sector experience is REQUIRED for this role.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

Experience deploying software within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience working directly in software engineering or enterprise application development.
