Job description
Design, develop and configure system access rules and permissions. Implement security requests across the enterprise infrastructure, systems, and applications. Complete periodic reviews/audits to ensure compliance with all existing regulations. Correct security risks & violations. Participate in the teamâs break fix rotation and support activities related to troubleshooting customer access issues. Provide instruction and guidance to both internal and external customers on matters related to access provisioning and processes. Review departmental procedures for accuracy and collaborate with teammates to make appropriate documentation or process changes. Description
Position Purpose :
Responsible for identity management of user accounts and protection of system resources. Provide administration support for enterprise system access. Setup, maintain and terminate system access on multiple security architectures and within multiple secure applications. Provide problem resolution to customers. Ensure compliance with corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
This position requires a clearance which requires U.S. citizenship to obtain.

Work Environment:
- Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.
What Youâll Do:
- Create, modify, delete, maintain, and monitor system access identification for systems and platforms such as email systems, Active Directory Domains, cloud platforms, mainframe systems via Resource Access Control Facility (RACF), enterprise applications and subsystems, remote access, web browsing, and/or application level security databases. Review, verify, and implement security requests.
- Work with other areas of Information Systems to provide solutions for customers. Dispatch work to security points of contact for completion and/or process break/fix and service severity level requests to meet customer needs. Provide instruction, problem resolution, and follow-up to external customers and internal employees. May train new team members on procedures and problem resolution.
- Perform system access reviews to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and standards. Participate in related project work as needed such as documentation of work, process implementations and procedure updating.
- Create and/or review data access reports to research service requests or issues. May also be asked to review reports to ensure compliance with corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs in a job-related field
Degree Equivalency:
- Associates degree plus an extra 2 years job-related experience for a total of 4 years of required work experience (see ârequired work experienceâ)
OR
- 6 total years required work experience.
Required Work Experience :
- 2 years IT technical experience in infrastructure and/or applications.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of IT security systems and concepts.
- Working knowledge of LAN access control systems.
- Working knowledge of enterprise server and LAN applications and subsystems.
- Working knowledge of user administration on single platforms.
- Ability to acquire knowledge for multiple platforms.
- Able to quickly learn new tools and emerging technologies.
- Able to acquire knowledge of industry standards for corporate information security systems as they relate to customer and governmental regulatory requirements.
Required Software and Other Tools:
- Standard office equipment.
We Prefer That You Have:
- Experience provisioning accounts and security access using Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC) and group access creations and file access in AD environment.
- Experience with Provisioning RACF Access via security access templates.
