Job description

The Senior ERP Analyst/Developer - HRMS/Payroll Suite provides advanced technical and functional expertise in the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of Human Resources, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, and related ERP applications., * Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy ERP HRMS and Payroll solutions.

  • Support Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, Position Management, Recruiting, and related modules.
  • Gather and document business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Design and develop custom interfaces, workflows, reports, and application enhancements.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and application maintenance activities.
  • Conduct testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders.
  • Support data conversion, migration, and integration initiatives.
  • Provide production support and participate in on-call support activities when required.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * ERP HRMS and Payroll systems expertise

  • Testing and quality assurance
