Product Owner

Reporting to the Director, Innovation Factory, this role leads the development and prioritization of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integrations with vendors and customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with EDI systems, SAP S4/HANA, and working with external partners to deliver integration solutions., * Act as the main contact and expert for EDI integration initiatives.

• Define and manage the EDI integration roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Prioritize partner integration requests and plan future enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure EDI solutions meet requirements.
• Work with external partners to gather requirements and address challenges.
• Design and implement next-generation EDI transactions.
• Ensure SAP S4/HANA best practices are followed for EDI integration.
• Identify and resolve risks to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain clear documentation, including project plans and workflows.
• Continuously improve EDI processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Stay informed on industry trends and recommend new solutions.

Do you have experience in X12 EDI?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Strategic thinking and planning

• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to lead teams and complete initiatives
• Proficiency in EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and SAP integration tools
• Expertise in EDI protocols and message types
• Project and program management experience in agile frameworks

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years of EDI experience, including implementation and support.
• Expertise in SAP S4/HANA, including ECC, AIF, and iDOC processes.
• Familiarity with SAP modules and intercompany processes.
• Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
