Job description

You are a high-impact leader with a mastery of the full project lifecycle for wireless infrastructure and RF-based solutions. Whether managing Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), cellular boosters, Private LTE (pLTE), or Wi-Fi deployments, you take pride in driving a project from the initial sales handoff through to final closeout. A natural communicator and diplomat, you thrive as the central liaison between customers, construction teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring every deployment is a seamless success. You are a results-oriented professional who balances technical design coordination with rigorous operational management, consistently delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You are willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Support the mission, vision, and values of Powernet

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead project delivery from post-sales handoff through final implementation and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate site readiness, installation timelines, and commissioning activities for wireless and RF infrastructure deployments.
  • Facilitate project kickoff, status, and closeout meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage change orders, project risks, and scope adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.

Wireless Solution Coordination

  • Coordinate design and implementation efforts for:
  • In-building cellular and Public Safety booster systems
  • Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
  • Private LTE (pLTE) networks
  • Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions
  • Structured cabling supporting wireless infrastructure
  • Schedule and oversee site surveys, RF surveys, and post-installation validation testing.
  • Collaborate with RF and Network Engineering teams to ensure designs meet performance and compliance standards.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary communication point for customers, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and third-party installers to ensure proper execution and scheduling alignment.
  • Provide regular project status updates and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Track project budgets, monitor labor utilization, and identify cost risks.
  • Support subcontractor selection, onboarding, and performance oversight.

Documentation & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans, RF documentation, and installation records.
  • Support quality assurance reviews to validate system performance and compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Service Management and NOC teams to support smooth project transitions into managed services and support operations.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practice development across wireless and engineering teams.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, * 3+ years managing construction, telecommunications, or wireless infrastructure projects.

  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Experience coordinating multi-vendor or subcontractor project environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying priorities., * Willingness to develop advanced wireless and RF solution knowledge.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer project sites.
