Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications within a government environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Microsoft technologies, Oracle databases, modern web frameworks, and large-scale application architecture.

This role requires an architect-level professional with a strong background supporting government agencies and delivering complex, mission-critical systems., * Design and architect enterprise-scale .NET applications.

Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
Lead technical design sessions and establish development standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
Design and optimize Oracle database solutions and PL/SQL components.
Guide modernization efforts using Angular and contemporary web technologies.
Ensure compliance with government technology standards and security requirements.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.
Provide technical leadership throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Government Experience

Experience working with government agencies (Required), * 84+ months of experience developing and deploying n-tier ASP.NET web applications utilizing VB.NET and Web Services
84+ months of experience coding with C#
Architect-level experience designing and implementing enterprise application solutions

Database Development

72+ months of experience with:
Oracle Database
PL/SQL Packages

Front-End Development

36+ months of experience developing .NET n-tier applications utilizing:
