Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications within a government environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Microsoft technologies, Oracle databases, modern web frameworks, and large-scale application architecture.

This role requires an architect-level professional with a strong background supporting government agencies and delivering complex, mission-critical systems., * Design and architect enterprise-scale .NET applications.

  • Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
  • Lead technical design sessions and establish development standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
  • Design and optimize Oracle database solutions and PL/SQL components.
  • Guide modernization efforts using Angular and contemporary web technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with government technology standards and security requirements.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web services design?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Master’s Degree (Required)

Government Experience

  • Experience working with government agencies (Required), * 84+ months of experience developing and deploying n-tier ASP.NET web applications utilizing VB.NET and Web Services
  • 84+ months of experience coding with C#
  • Architect-level experience designing and implementing enterprise application solutions

Database Development

  • 72+ months of experience with:
  • Oracle Database
  • PL/SQL Packages
  • SQL Programming

Front-End Development

  • 36+ months of experience developing .NET n-tier applications utilizing:
  • JavaScript
  • jQuery
  • Angular
  • Wijmo

MVC Development

  • 36+ months of experience developing applications using ASP.NET MVC

Entity Framework & Angular

  • 24+ months of experience developing Angular/.NET applications utilizing:
  • Microsoft Entity Framework
  • Angular Framework, * 24+ months of experience supporting projects related to:
  • Social Services Programs (Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF)
  • Accounting Systems

Responsive Design

  • 12+ months of experience implementing responsive web design solutions using frameworks such as:
  • Bootstrap, * Enterprise Architecture
  • Application Modernization
  • Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Web Services Development
  • Systems Integration
  • Performance Optimization
