Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior PowerBuilder Developer to support and enhance a large-scale tax and revenue management system while assisting with a major modernization initiative., * Maintain and support existing PowerBuilder applications.

  • Develop enhancements and resolve production issues.
  • Design and implement interfaces between legacy and modern systems.
  • Develop REST API and FileNet integrations.
  • Work with Oracle databases and SQL.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams.
  • Participate in Agile development activities and track work using Azure DevOps.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of PowerBuilder development experience (12.5+ preferred).
  • Strong Oracle/SQL development experience.
  • Experience developing REST API integrations.
  • Experience integrating with FileNet.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with IRMS.
  • Experience with GenTax.
  • Background in tax processing, revenue management, or government systems.
