AI & Business Intelligence ManagerReporting Directly to the Chief Operating OfficerHybrid Paramus, NJHelp Build the Future of a Rapidly Growing Legal Services Organization

Callagy Recovery is experiencing tremendous growth, processing more than 5,000 new cases every month across multiple business lines. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an analytical, tech-savvy professional who can help transform data into actionable business intelligence while supporting our growing AI initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and play a key role in shaping how technology, analytics, and artificial intelligence drive operational excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing data, improving business processes, coordinating with technical teams, and communicating insights to leadership.

What You’ll DoAnalytics & Business Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting
  • Analyze trends across case volumes, productivity, collections, workflow efficiency, and client outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization
  • Present findings and recommendations directly to executive leadership

AI & Technology Initiatives

  • Support the implementation and expansion of AI-driven tools and workflows
  • Work closely with our affiliated Actualized Intelligence support team on AI projects and business initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Assist with testing, training, and deployment of emerging technologies

Data & Systems Management

  • Serve as a liaison between operations leadership and the IT team regarding case management system data
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reporting accuracy across platforms
  • Assist with system enhancements, reporting requirements, and workflow improvements
  • Help translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams

Strategic Operations

  • Partner directly with the COO on special projects and organizational initiatives
  • Support data-driven decision making across departments
  • Develop reporting frameworks that help leadership proactively manage growth
  • Participate in cross-functional projects involving operations, technology, and client service

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Operations, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, operations, technology, consulting, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience creating dashboards and business reports
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools and workflow automation
  • SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or case management systems
  • Familiarity with legal, healthcare, financial services, or collections environments
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams
