ProSearch, representing a confidential client in the printers and copiers industry, seeks a Network Copier Installer / Trainer & Delivery Specialist who loves variety, client interaction, and being the hands-on expert in the field.
This job requires 80-100% travel, including extensive driving, out-of-state overnight stays, and air travel.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver and install copiers, printers, scanners, and related equipment at client locations
- Connect devices to client networks and install necessary software (drivers, scanning tools, etc.)
- Troubleshoot installation and connectivity issues on-site
- Train end users on equipment functions and best practices
- Maintain detailed documentation, collect client signatures, and complete post-install paperwork
- Communicate with Sales and Support teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Stay current on products; assist with product demos when needed
- Support internal operations (warehouse prep and occasional Help Desk coverage), * Travel built in: National and regional travel means every week is different - new cities, new client sites, new experiences. A company vehicle is provided for all regional travel and all travel costs are covered for national travel)
- Hands-on variety: You’ll be out in the field, placing technology, connecting networks and making a visible impact.

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Moving?
Education
Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * 80 to 100% travel
- Travel is primarily by provided company vehicle
- Some air travel may be required
Driving / Vehicle Expectations
- Must drive to the assigned site
- Must be comfortable operating a company vehicle for deliveries, * 2+ years of field-service or technical installation experience, or an Associate degree in a relevant technical field
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP) and proficiency with Windows environments (Mac experience is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and you’re comfortable training varied audiences
- A valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT certification requirements
- Physically capable of lifting and moving copier/scanner equipment safely
- Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently and on the road as a Network Copier Installer, * Experience installing or servicing multifunction printers/copiers
- Previous training or technical support experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, ticketing systems or support workflows
